Under a contract entered into with LABELEC from EDP group, Ambicare began working on two power transformers of 40 MVA on Telheiras Substation in Lisbon on November 4, 2013. Regeneration of dielectric oil with transformers under load is an innovative operation in Portugal which contributes to the reduction of environmental impacts and reducing costs in maintenance of electrical transformers.

We have created a new graphic image and developed a new website aiming to extend our current market share and to promote internationalization.
Within the framework of the project "Listen to the People, Build the Future", an entourage of Setúbal City Hall led by Its Excellency the Mayor, Ms. Maria das Dores Meira, visited the premises of AMBICARE, on September 24, 2010.
In the meeting, there were addressed several issues including the problem of accessibility and management of the Industrial Park of Mitrena.
AMBICARE became an Authorized Distributor for the marketing of CorkSorb products to Portugal and Spain.
Once again, AMBICARE bets in new environmental technologies, development, and trade of high-value-added products, such as the use of cork as a natural hydrocarbon absorbent.
